About FAEO Academy

What FAEO Academy is

FAEO Academy is the federated continuing professional development (CPD) platform for Africa's engineering institutes. It is run by FAEO Academy NPC under the Federation of African Engineering Organisations (FAEO).

The model is federated and institution-first. Each National Member keeps its own brand, its own members, its own accreditation and its own pricing. The Academy provides the shared infrastructure that carries their CPD, and the distribution that lets engineering knowledge move across African borders.

Mission

Give every engineering institute in Africa a way to deliver CPD to its members at a professional standard, without each one building the technology alone, and without giving up control of its brand or its accreditation.

FAEO and the National Members

FAEO Academy operates under FAEO, the Federation of African Engineering Organisations. The National Members are the engineering institutes and councils that join the platform. They own their content, their member relationships and their accreditation. The Academy does not own institutes or control their CPD.

Governance

FAEO Academy is operated by FAEO Academy NPC, a non-profit company.
